Features

Features: The coating technique is based on Germany Hella's auto lamp coating technology. The equipment integrated three technolgy of resitance evaporation, ion bombard cleaning and organic molecule ionic polymerization.

This equipment has high ultimate vacuum and working vacuum, configured with advance evaporation power source and vacum chamber gas control loop.

It has good applicability and can finish coating various multilayer in a working cycle. It is used to coat multilayer film, such as metal film, non-metel film, metal oxide film.
