High vacuum thermal evaporation deposition thin film Roll to roll vacuum coating machine

 The Roll to Roll vacuum coater can steam-plate many kind of materials such as PET, OPP, PVC, CPP, anti-counterfeit materials, hot stamping foil and surface decoration plastic film. It also can plate various of label, bottle label, brand, materials of warm-keeping and beam-reflecting papers, various of medium materials and so on.

 

On the flexiable substrate, the machine mainly used to coat vary kinds of dielectric film(SiO2,Si3N4,Al2O3,SnO2,ZnO,Ta2O5),metal or alloy film (Al,Cr,Cu,Fe,Ni,SUS,TiAl), transparent conductive film(ITO, AZO),multi-layer optical film(AR,HR, AR+ITO,Low-e and solar control film).

 

The common application is screen protector on the front glass of the auto or train, construction windows, windows, amto-static or magnetic film, decoractive film, packing film, solor power application, electric heating equipment, anti fog, FPD, transparent electrode film for the tablet.

 

The ITO can be used for cold lighting metarial, SiO2 on the cutton can be used as anti-electromagnetic suit, sponge coated with Ni can be used to made Ni-NH battery, e-book and flexiable display device.
