This machine is used for steel jewelry or alloys jewelry to get IPG. IPS, IPR IPB, rose gold Platinum coatings etc. It's a environment protective equipment, no waste gas and no waste water, The main feature of IPG pvd coating machine is low cost, and adhesion of coating is stronger than tradition electroplating.

Usually for jewelry plating is using MF sputtering coating machine. Middle frequency sputtering vacuum coating machine mainly integrate the technology of MF magnetron sputtering and electric arc ion evaporation coating, combining the ion source and the pulse bias voltage. It is fully automatic control when coating films.


Applied industry: It is widely used in the watchband, watchcase, jewelry, mobile shell, hardware, golf head, tableware, etc. It can coat TiN, TiC, TiCN, TiAlN, CrN, Cu, Au, Al2O3and other decorative films. It can get fineness and smooth film, good adhesion.
