The HCRT series is a modular sputter web coating system. Every function (unwinding, processing of front-side, rewinding) is installed in a separate vacuum module. It's designed for sputter coating of flexible materials in a roll to roll vacuum process. 

Modular design concept, strip deviation correction system, plasma pretreatment, magnetron sputtering system / thermal evaporation coating system, online measurement and process control system, flexible combination of electron beam evaporation. The film has good uniformity, high deposition efficiency and fast coating speed.

*Metal strip includes stainless steel coil, brass coil, phosphor copper coil, aluminum coil;

*ITO film, flexible printed circuit board (FPCB), Low-E or intelligent glass, flexible and wearable electronic products, display, touch screen, sensor, RFID tag, LED lighting;
