HCMS Series Magnetron Sputtering Coating Equipment

MF sputtering technique has become the mainstream technology of magnetron sputtering, what characteristics superior to the DC sputtering are: Overcome the phenomenon of anode disappearance. It is widely used in jewelry, watchband, watchcases, mobile shell, hardwares, tableware etc. It can deposit all kinds of decorative coatings such as TiN, TiC, TiCN, TiAlN, CrN etc decorative coatings.

The machine offers coatings in various metal colors such as gold, rose gold, silver, steel, nickel, bronze, anthracite and black. The color of the coating is determined by its composition, which is composed of zirconium, titanium, nitrogen, carbon, oxygen and other metals. HCMA Series Magnetron Sputtering + Arc Ion Coating Equipment

This series of machine combines cathode arc ion coating technique, magnetron sputtering technique and pulsed bias technique in one machine. This model has become the main technology of hardware coating.

It can run arc system alone, or run magnetron sputtering system alone. These two systems can run at different time according to their advantages to get a perfect coating. For example, at initial stage of coating process, arc system is operated for clean and based coating using its high-energy particle bombardment, to enhance the adhesion between coating and substrates, then run magnetron system to get the coating that is smooth and delicate. This machine can also be equipped with ion sources, which can meet the needs of multi-functional coating.

It is widely used in faucet, sink, shower, hanger and other sanitary ware, building hardware, lock, scrystal etc. lt can deposit all kinds of decorative coatings, hard coatings, AS/AF coatings and antibacterial coatings.
