Inline coating equipment can provide three designs: vertical, inclined 5–7° vertical, and horizontal. Coating technologies such as magnetron sputtering, evaporation, HiPIMS, PECVD, or their combination can be applied. The automatic loading and unloading system can be selected to optimize large-scale production. The rotating target technology replaces the planar target to achieve high target utilization. The completely contactless magnetic levitation workpiece carrier transmission system ensures minimal particle defects. The rotating chamber design concept is adopted to minimize floor space.
